Having been a keen dancer and pilates enthusiast I have a passion for supporting individuals involved in sports, fitness, dance and wellness to maintain athleticism, monitor their activities, develop mental strength and attend to key areas of emotional wellbeing that may impact on their performance.

I work with individuals who are looking for a coach to guide them in creating and working towards an ideal version of their life. Life coaching often includes goals in key areas of living such as work life balance, emotional well-being, relationships, and career.


Children and Teenagers
Adolescence is a time of much growth and change and as such, teenagers can benefit from a coaching model that motivates individuals to take strides in their self-esteem and relationships. Coaching can support adolescents to navigate important issues such as confidence, communication, relationships, body image and academic stress and worry.
